Our Solution: From the outset, we aimed to break away from traditional office norms, creating a vibrant, multi-functional environment. A full kitchen, coffee bar, gym, and a mix of private and shared workspaces were all integrated to support both professional productivity and social connection—making the office a place people genuinely want to be. We fully encapsulated the existing staircase, transforming it into a defining sculptural feature that anchors the new identity of the space without extensive demolition.
