Our Solution: We prioritized the client’s operational needs by designing a ground-level addition that maintained parking, paired with a cantilevered upper level to expand usable space. To unify old and new, we modernized the existing building exterior—removing dated heritage-style awnings and finishes in favour of a clean, contemporary palette. By phasing construction into three stages, the practice remained fully open from start to finish.
